We guarantee our flowers to be in good condition when you receive them. If you are unhappy with the quality of the flowers please take a photo of the product and send it to us with an explanation. We will credit you for the flowers and we will deal with Fedex. I am happy to replace the order instead of refunding. Customers choice, let us know in the email how you would like to handle it.
